1. Product Introduction

The soil redox potential meter (ORP meter) is mainly used for on-site in-situ testing of the redox potential of fresh or wet soil, the measurement of water (medium) redox potential, pH, temperature and other data. It complies with the standard of "HJ746-2015 Potential Method for Determination of Soil Redox Potential".

Redox potential (ORP/Eh) has been used for a long time as a comprehensive indicator of soil environmental conditions. It characterizes the relative degree of medium oxidation or reduction, has an important influence on the chemical and biological processes of the soil, and is an important parameter for understanding the properties and processes of the soil. The higher the redox potential, the stronger the oxidation, and the lower the redox potential, the stronger the reduction. A positive potential indicates that the solution shows a certain oxidation, and a negative potential indicates that the solution shows a certain reduction.
