Rice processing precision tester

1. Application

It is used to replace manual visual inspection to objectively, quickly and accurately automatically detect the processing accuracy of rice. After the rice sample to be tested is dyed with a special dye (eosin Y-methylene blue), the skin and embryo on the rice are blue-green, and the endosperm is purple-red. The instrument's dedicated intelligent recognition software automatically analyzes the processing accuracy of the rice sample based on the skin retention on each grain of whole polished rice and its total proportion. The instrument is mainly suitable for scientific research institutes, testing units, rice mills and distribution companies.

2. Main technical indicators

1. The reflective draft scans the dyed rice, and the measurement object is rice (japonica rice, indica rice, glutinous rice).

2. ★The detection method fully complies with relevant national standards such as GB/T 5502-2018 "Grain and Oil Inspection Rice Processing Accuracy Inspection", GB 1354-2018 "Rice", and GB/T5503-2009 "Broken Rice".

5. Various test reports are directly displayed: skin retention judgment results, skin retention distribution histogram, complete grain classification (whole polished rice rate), broken rice rate. The output data items of the analysis report are optional, and the data can be further statistically analyzed in Excel software.

6. The original image of the test can be saved, and each grain of rice has a separate judgment number. The sample circumscribed rectangle or contour of different test items can be displayed in categories; it has an interface for automatically inputting sample numbers with a barcode gun.

7. It can automatically classify and sort according to the check options of parameters such as "serial number", "skin retention", and "length", and can also output the segmented image by category.
