1. Overview
The HD-W106 water-cooled COD digester uses a glass burr reflux tube instead of a spherical reflux tube, and uses air cooling technology to replace the tap water cooling method. The cooling part is mainly completed by the burr condenser and the fan. The upper part of the condenser is spherical, and the catalyst is added here to prevent the instantaneous volatilization of the light components in the sample. The lower part is "burr" shaped, with three spherical condensers extending from the condenser wall on a plane. The dual effects of cooling water in the upper spherical reflux tube and the fan inside the machine ensure the reflux cooling of the sample.
2. Main features
The HD-W106 water-cooled COD digester is in accordance with the standard analysis method of the Ministry of Environmental Protection of China. The determination steps of the chemical oxygen demand COD (Cr) of water quality are standardized, and the heating digestion time, solution acidity, and the amount of oxidant and catalyst are strictly specified. Obviously, the determination of water quality COD (Cr) is subject to strict conditions. If the conditions are violated, the accuracy of the determination will be affected.
It follows the basic principles of international standards (ISO) and national standards (GB), ensuring the digestion operation of reflux heating and micro-boiling for 2 hours. The preparation and addition amount of the reagent solution are consistent with the dichromate method of the Ministry of Environmental Protection (HJ828-2017), ensuring reliable and accurate analysis results.
3. Instrument structure
The instrument is mainly composed of 4 parts: the fuselage, reflux pipe, fan, microcrystalline heating plate, etc. The microcomputer PID technology is used to control the heating electric furnace plate and fan at a time, and 8 conical flask reflux devices can be heated simultaneously.
The preparation, operation and COD calculation of the instrument are in full compliance with the (HJ828-2017) dichromate method. COD water samples below 50 mg/L can be improved by diluting the titrant and oxidant. COD water samples above 1000 mg/L can be measured by proportional dilution of the water sample.
