Intelligent test analysis system

1. Instrument Overview

The intelligent seed testing system consists of a 16 million high-speed scanner and a backlight device. The backlight device uses a high-brightness LED light, and the outer frame is made of aluminum alloy. The software uses advanced image processing technology and is an embedded software designed based on distance transformation principles, morphology, convex hull detection and other technologies. The equipment is mainly used in field crop yield measurement and seed testing in the agricultural field. Through the photos taken by the high-speed scanner, the software automatically calculates the number of seeds, the area, circumference, length, width, aspect ratio and other data of the seeds, and automatically calculates the thousand-grain weight based on the weight obtained by the balance and the number of seeds; the results are output in the form of lists and graphics for users to view and analyze. This product can also manually correct the number of crop seeds to ensure counting accuracy, save data, and view data reports. Finally, the data can be exported in Excel format.

2. Application

The intelligent seed testing system can measure the number, thousand/hundred-grain weight and average grain shape (including length, width, aspect ratio, perimeter and area) of various smooth-surfaced grains, and use image ORC recognition technology, image positioning, space conversion and other technologies to quickly identify the number of seeds and crop trait indicators.

3. Functional characteristics

1. It has the advantages of simple operation, humanized application, intelligence and upgradeability.

2. Imaging characteristics: equipped with a 16-megapixel resolution color high-speed camera with autofocus and an ultra-thin backlight light source board, it has the characteristics of automatic correction of camera image distortion and backlight uniformity, effectively reducing the size measurement error. The diameter of the grains for photo analysis is 0.5-20mm. The solid grains and husks of rice seeds need to be selected by wind, and then counted and analyzed separately to obtain the rice fruiting rate.

3. Grain counting accuracy and target size: 1-2000 grains/time, grain counting error ≤±0.1%-0.4%, and the accuracy of the results can be guaranteed with minimal monitoring and correction. The accuracy error of thousand-grain weight analysis: ≤±0.5%;

4. It can automatically measure the shape parameters (length, width, aspect ratio, area, perimeter) of each type of adhered seed. The measurement error of each size of each type of seed is ≤±0.1mm.

5. There is a record of the sample being tested, and the thousand-grain weight is automatically calculated by inputting the sample weight. The analysis process is automatically controlled by a computer, which is efficient, accurate, simple and easy to use, and the counting analysis and thousand-grain weight measurement can be operated with one-button operation.

6. Analysis data export: The analysis image results can be saved, and a total report can be automatically generated. The statistical analysis results can be exported to an Excel table.

7. Backlight device: It uses a high-brightness LED lamp driven by a power supply, under the action of a nano light guide plate and reflective materials, so that the backlight is clear, and the seeds have no shadows on it. The aluminum alloy outer frame has a beautiful and strong appearance and is not easy to deform.
