Instrument Introduction:

1. Host System

1.1 The standard configuration of this system consists of eluent bottle (no external gas protection required), high-pressure PEEK chromatographic pump, eluent degasser, sample degasser, intelligent online eluent generation module (optional), built-in electric (or automatic) injection system, built-in thermal radiation column thermostat, high-capacity chromatographic column and guard column, automatic regeneration anti-drying membrane inhibitor, constant temperature conductivity detector and intelligent control software. The entire flow system is made of PEEK material to improve the overall stability and reliability of the instrument; The host panel adopts a colorful visual lighting design, which can remotely check the instrument operation status, realize human-computer dialogue, and make the operation of the instrument in the laboratory more humane and intelligent;

1.2 The system can perform quantitative analysis of anions, cations, organic acids and sugars in various samples, and is fully compatible with various sample pretreatment technologies of Hongrui;

1.6 Thermal radiation built-in column constant temperature system

Adopting electric heating mode and three-dimensional heating, it can achieve high-efficiency heating and low-efficiency constant temperature under uninterrupted current conditions, realize the whole-area constant temperature in the box, and can keep the temperature constant within 20 minutes after starting up, and there is no need to wait for injection;

1.7 High-capacity chromatographic columns and guard columns

1.8 Anti-drying and cracking automatic regeneration membrane suppressor

The electrolytic automatic regeneration micro-membrane suppressor adopts porous platinum electrodes and customized anti-drying and cracking membrane design. It does not need to add sulfuric acid for rotation regeneration. It is self-sealed and anti-drying. The unique assembly structure is not afraid of resin and membrane dehydration and drying. After rehydration, it still maintains the original performance. It has high pressure resistance.

No leakage under up to 6MPa, normal operation under 2MPa, which can effectively extend the service life of the suppressor.

1.9 Eluent generator

When manually preparing the eluent, due to the error of weighing and constant volume, there is a certain error in the eluent prepared each time. The error size is determined by the actual preparation process of the operator, resulting in a slight difference in the background conductivity of the eluent each time it is replaced, and there is also an error in the retention time. After being equipped with an eluent generator, the concentration generated can be set by software to ensure that the concentration is consistent each time the machine is turned on, and the retention time and quantitative repeatability are significantly optimized. Only water can be added to the system to achieve high-pressure gradient elution
