The full-project food safety detector is an integrated food safety rapid detection and analysis equipment, which is widely used in the Food and Drug Administration, health departments, colleges and universities, scientific research institutes, agricultural departments, farms, slaughterhouses, food and meat product deep processing enterprises, inspection and quarantine departments and other units.

Function introduction

1. Android smart operating system, the main control chip uses ARM Cortex-A7, RK3288/4-core processor, main frequency 1.88Ghz, faster operation speed, stronger stability. Adopting more efficient and user-friendly operation, the instrument has wifi network upload, 4G transmission, Bluetooth transmission function, and fast data upload.

2. Positioning: Built-in GPS chip can realize accurate positioning of the detection location and transmit the positioning data to the supervision platform; (optional)

3. High degree of intelligence, the instrument has self-test function: it has power-on self-test and zero adjustment functions, and has automatic detection repeatability function.

4. Detection channel: 12 detection channels, multiple samples can be tested at the same time, each sample is controlled by the program to work independently and will not interfere with each other.

5. Display mode: 7-inch LCD touch screen display (resolution 1024*600), humanized operation interface, no external computer required, the instrument itself can realize only clicking the detection item, no programming to directly enter the test state, and can directly and automatically calculate the concentration.

6. The instrument has a built-in printer, which uses a serial port 5v printing. There is no need to replace the ribbon. You can choose manual printing or automatic printing. The printing results can be obtained in three minutes. The test report of each detection channel is directly printed. The report is detailed and intuitive, and the content includes the name of the test project, the test personnel, the test unit, the inspected unit, the merchant name, the contact number, the limit value, the national standard number, the test time, the channel number, the sample name, the absorbance, the enzyme inhibition rate, the test result, and the QR code. The inspector and the test unit can directly edit in Chinese on the instrument, and the test results can be deleted individually and printed in batches.

7. The light source adopts imported ultra-bright light-emitting diodes, which are high-precision, stable, controllable, and can turn off unused light sources, with lower power consumption.

8. The USB2.0 interface design is adopted to facilitate the storage and movement of data, and realize data query, browsing, analysis, statistics, printing, etc.

9. Data can be uploaded to the local area network and the Internet, and the test results are directly transmitted to the food safety supervision platform.
