Automatic Kinematic Viscometer

I. Product Introduction

The fully automatic kinematic viscosity tester is developed according to the requirements of GB/T 265 and ASTM D445 standards, for determining the kinematic viscosity of liquids and petroleum products. It features a compact, elegant, practical design with comfortable operation. One-key rapid constant temperature, oil sample suction, viscosity detection, viscosity value calculation, printing, viscosity tube cleaning and viscosity tube drying are all completed automatically by the instrument without manual operation. Two samples can be tested simultaneously, improving work efficiency. It is widely used in pharmacopoeia, petroleum, chemical, scientific research, metrology and commodity inspection departments.

II. Main Features

1. The controller uses high-speed dual CPUs, providing high reliability and high measurement accuracy.

2. The display uses an imported 10.0-inch color touchscreen with fine graphics and text, vivid colors and high display resolution.

3. Infrared liquid level detection, free from interference by any light or light source; the liquid level detection position is adjustable and flexible.

4. Imported detection module and detection circuit provide fast and accurate detection, completely avoiding false and missed detection.

5. German-imported temperature sensor with sensitive response and higher temperature control accuracy.

6. Fully automatic constant temperature, oil sample suction, viscosity detection, calculation, printing, viscosity tube cleaning and viscosity tube drying. All processes are completed automatically without manual operation, and results are saved automatically.

7. Two viscosity tubes can be tested simultaneously, greatly improving work efficiency and saving experimental time.

8. Users can optionally configure refrigeration equipment for low-temperature viscosity determination.

9. Low liquid level protection: when the constant temperature liquid falls below a certain level, heating stops automatically to protect the instrument.

10. Built-in thermal printer automatically prints test results.
