Product Details
MBS E. coli detection system, imported from Italy. Based on the international front-end MBS detection technology of the University of Rome, Italy, it integrates rapid cultivation and high-sensitivity innovative detection methods, greatly shortening the detection time; making complex microbial detection simple and easy to operate, without any pre-treatment, the fully enclosed detection system is safe and harmless, and is widely used in food and drug systems, food companies, daily chemical product manufacturing, medical and health, pharmaceutical research and manufacturing, environmental protection and catering service companies.
System Principle
The MBS method for microbial detection uses the redox dye in the reagent bottle as the initial medium to measure the redox state. When microorganisms are present, the redox state of the detection reagent bottle will be changed, causing the redox dye to change color.
The time required for the color change of the MBS method for microbial detection is inversely proportional to the content of microorganisms in the sample, that is, the more microorganisms there are, the shorter the time required for color change; the less microorganisms there are, the longer the time required for color change. If the target microorganism does not exist, the reagent will not change color.
Qualitative analysis: The change in reagent color can be observed visually. After adding the sample, place the reagent bottle in a thermostat with a set temperature, and observe the color change visually at different time points. If the reagent bottle changes from negative color to positive color, the microorganism exists.
Semi-quantitative analysis: By checking the comparison table (the relationship between the time taken for the reagent bottle to change color and the content of microorganisms) through the time required for the reagent bottle color change (negative color to positive color), the amount of microorganisms present can be roughly judged.
Accurate quantitative analysis: Color changes can also be detected by the MBS microbial rapid detector. After adding the sample, the reagent bottle is placed in the detector, and the target microorganism to be detected is selected. The detector will automatically adjust the incubation temperature, and each detection well position will be independently controlled and detected, and the content of microorganisms in the sample will be directly obtained.
System advantages
1. The E. coli detection system integrates rapid cultivation and high-sensitivity innovative detection methods (non-PCR method), which greatly shortens the detection time; and it is easy to operate, does not require any pre-treatment, and the fully enclosed detection system is safe and harmless. It is widely used in food and drug systems, food companies, daily chemical product manufacturing, medical and health, pharmaceutical research and manufacturing, environmental protection, and catering service companies. 2. Detection wells: ≥8, each with independent temperature control and incubation capabilities, and can simultaneously perform microbial detection at different culture temperatures.
3. Continuous detection: When a detection position is completed, the next detection can be started immediately without waiting for other samples in the batch to complete the detection.
4. Simple operation: The sample does not require any pre-treatment, does not require bacterial culture, and can be directly added for detection, and non-professionals can also operate it.
5. Sensitivity: 1 CFU/mL (g) (1 live bacterium).
6. Range: 1 CFU/mL (g) ~ 9×109 CFU/mL (g)
7. Specificity: ≥99.999% (theoretical extreme value).
8. Sample volume: 0.1ml-1.0ml.
9. Safety: After the test, rapid sterilization can be performed on site.
10. Anti-interference ability: The accuracy of the test results is not affected by pH value, color and turbidity.
11. Test samples: solid, liquid, surface, paste, and slurry samples can be tested.
12. Test speed: 2~5 times faster than traditional test methods.
13. Test capability: 8 identical or 8 different tests can be performed simultaneously.
14. Fully automatic analysis: the test stops automatically after the test is completed, and the experimental results are automatically saved. All test traces can be tracked and queried through the built-in chip.
15. Data management: the test result document can be directly exported in PDF and other formats.
16. Test items (including but not limited to): total colony count, coliform group, Escherichia coli, Pseudomonas aeruginosa, Listeria, Staphylococcus aureus, Salmonella, Enterococcus, yeast, Enterobacteriaceae and other microorganisms.
17. The test bottle reagent is freeze-dried and can be transported at room temperature within 15 days. No cold chain distribution is required, which is convenient for reagent transportation turnover during use. Long-term storage only requires conventional refrigeration at 2℃~8℃, and no frozen storage is required.
18. Packing list:
1) 1 device / a microbial rapid detection device
2) 1 power supply / a power supply
3) 1 USB cable / a USB cable
4) 1 CD-ROM (Software, drivers, manual use in English) / a CD (software, driver system, English manual) 5) 30 complete vials set (freeze-dried vial + oil vial + sterilizing cap) / 30 reagents (freeze-dried vial + reagent bottle + sterilizing cap), 6 vials per type, can choose 5 type from below, Vial type include / six of each (freely selectable)
Instructions
Each microbial rapid detection reagent bottle detects different microorganisms, and the reagent bottle contains oxidoreductase for specific microorganisms. When a sample contaminated by microorganisms is inserted into the reagent bottle, the oxidoreductase will undergo a chemical reaction, causing the color of the liquid in the bottle to change. The color of the liquid will change according to the number of microorganisms in the bottle. The reagent bottle containing the sample can be placed in a small bacterial incubator at 30℃, 37℃ or 44℃, or placed in the MBS microbial rapid detector.
The MBS microbial rapid detector can independently detect 8 reagent bottles (eight different bacterial samples) at the same time, control the temperature separately, and give quantitative analysis reports separately. The analysis report is read through a separately installed software, and the software is suitable for systems including: WindowsXP, Vista.
After use, press the container mouth to add chlorine-based solution into the container for sterilization. The microorganisms in the container can be killed in a few minutes to achieve the purpose of disinfection.
