Gel imaging analysis system (blue light) is suitable for the collection and analysis of images such as DNA/RNA electrophoresis gel, protein electrophoresis gel, and spot hybridization. It uses a high-resolution camera with a high-sensitivity lens to ensure high-quality imaging effects.
Two configuration models are available:
● Blue light imaging-500 array blue light (470nm) LED design, effectively protecting experimental personnel and experimental samples; the light source intensity is adjustable.
2. Application range:
1. Nucleic acid detection: suitable for most safe fluorescent dyes with excitation wavelengths of 400-500nm such as green fluorescent protein, SYBR Green, Gelstar and SYPRO Orange, among which dyes close to 470nm have the best effect.
