The online silicate monitor is a high-precision online automatic instrument that automatically completes the chemical reaction, optical detection, graphic display, control output and data storage. It uses a unique air-stirring and photoelectric detection technology, which gives it excellent characteristics such as fast chemical reaction and high measuring accuracy. A colour LCD displays the measurement results, system information and a full Chinese menu using rich colours, text, charts and curves. The human-centred design fully combined with advanced technology highlights the superiority and competitiveness of the instrument.
1. Low detection limit, very suitable for the determination and control of silica in power plant feed water, saturated steam and superheated steam.
2. A true monochromatic cold light source online silica meter with a long light-source service life.
3. Historical curve recording; 30 days of data can be stored.
4. Automatic calibration with a freely settable interval.
5. Multi-channel water sample measurement (1–6 channels optional).
6. Apart from adding reagents and standard solutions the instrument needs no work at all, achieving genuine maintenance-free operation.
