1. Application

The automatic seed analyzer and thousand-grain weight system are used for accurate seed testing of various types of crop seeds (grains, corn, wheat, rapeseed, etc.) and insect population counting and analysis of various grain depots. It can also be used to count insects or eggs with smooth surfaces (such as rice weevils, aphids, silkworm eggs, fish eggs, etc.), and can be used as a seed purity workbench for seed purity inspection.

2. Main technical indicators

1. The 12-megapixel color camera with a large depth of field and the A3-format ultra-thin backlight board have the characteristics of automatic correction of camera image distortion and backlight board uniformity, which effectively reduces the size measurement error.

2. It can automatically analyze the imaged seed grain pictures in large quantities. The diameter of the grains for photo analysis is 0.5-20mm. The solid grains and husks of rice seeds need to be selected by wind, and then counted and analyzed separately.

3. The automatic counting speed is 1200-20000 grains/minute, and the counting error is ≤±0.1-0.4%. It can reach 100% correctness with minimal monitoring and correction. The accuracy error of the automatic thousand-grain weight analysis is ≤±0.5%. For seeds with smaller diameters (such as rapeseed and vegetable seeds), the number of seeds tested in a single batch is 5000-10000.

You can create a one-key automatic analysis wizard according to actual needs, which is suitable for automatic and accurate seed testing of various crops such as rice, wheat, corn, beans, rapeseed, melon seeds, vegetable seeds, etc., automatic counting of insect populations in various grain depots, and analysis of the number of seedlings and uniformity, and display and output counting results.

It can automatically measure the shape parameters of each grain of various types of adhered grains (length, width, aspect ratio, area, equivalent diameter, perimeter, etc.), accurately display the circumscribed rectangle of the grains, and automatically sort and output them, and can output the particle size distribution chart.

6. It has the characteristics of self-learning and re-learning the color and shape of the analyzed target, and realizes automatic classification, as well as variety comparison.

7. The analysis process is fully computer-controlled, efficient, accurate, simple and easy to use, and truly one-button operation. The results are available with one click of the mouse. It has an automatic input interface for the barcode of the sample being tested and the RS232 weight data of the electronic balance.

8. You can use the mouse to select add/delete, or directly use the mouse to manually count on the screen to ensure 100% correct personalized counting of the target area, and you can also count within any range or rectangular range in the field of view of the work area.

9. The analysis image results can be saved, and a total report can be automatically generated. The statistical analysis results can be exported and saved to Excel tables, as well as arrangement diagrams and measurement diagrams output by width, length, area, etc.
