Dual system automatic injection ion chromatograph

1. Product introduction:

HD-TLS40 dual-system automatic injection ion chromatograph is a valve switching dual-system ion chromatograph built for customers. It also has anion and cation suppressor system, built-in 90-position automatic sampler, realizes fully automatic detection function, and reserves the eluent generator interface for seamless docking. The conductivity cell constant temperature, the Du box constant temperature and the one-key start of injection are all standard features of the instrument, forming a more powerful detection system.

3. Product features:

1. Diversification of detectors and pump systems, optional conductivity detectors, ampere detectors, ultraviolet detectors, equipped with integrated rotary automatic samplers and single pumps, dual pumps and gradient pumps and other different configurations.

2. The whole system is equipped with PEEK material flow path as standard. Including the analysis pump itself and all pipelines from the analysis pump to the six-way valve, chromatographic column, suppressor, and detector, effectively preventing acid and alkali corrosion.

3. The control software must have one-key flushing and one-key maintenance functions.

4. Pump: High-performance/low-pulse low-pressure quaternary double plunger pump, chemically inert non-metallic non-damping pump head, PEEK pipeline. Suitable for eluents and reversed organic solvents with a pH of 0 to 14. Analytical isocratic pumps and analytical quaternary gradient pumps can be selected as needed.

5. Structure: Dual-electrode tubular conductivity cell, internal structure temperature control. Realize good sample accuracy and reproducibility under constant temperature, digital signal control processor, when detecting ions of different concentrations from μg/L to g/L, the output signal can be directly digitally expanded without adjusting the range, the output value should be a direct conductivity signal, and provide a chromatogram with conductivity output.

6. The anion suppressor can be regenerated by electrolysis without adding acid. The operation is simple. In order to save customers' understanding of the suppressor, the company can provide a five-year warranty service.

7. Temperature-controlled column box plus conductivity cell dual constant temperature control, heating method: contact or blast.

8. Digital signal transmission with computer via high-performance Bluetooth, analysis methods and sequences can be compiled.

9. Graphical reverse control interface, providing real-time analysis condition parameters and analysis results, online modification and collection of working parameters of each component, automatic rapid data collection and post-processing, with instrument-related data and operating status traceability function, convenient troubleshooting.

10. Supports the establishment and call of instrument analysis methods and data processing templates. The online automatic sampler does not need to rename the collected spectrum data. It supports the change and call of sample analysis methods without stopping the machine, realizing unattended analysis.

It cannot be replaced by dilution. Easy to operate, directly input the required eluent concentration in the software, without the user having to write other non-concentration parameters;
