The portable pesticide residue detector is a specially designed instrument based on the rapid test card method (paper method) in the national standard method GB/T5009.199-2003 "Rapid detection of organophosphorus and carbamate pesticide residues in vegetables". The portable pesticide residue detector is mainly used for rapid detection of organophosphorus and carbamate pesticides in fruits, vegetables, tea, grain, water and soil, especially suitable for rapid detection in agricultural product quality inspection stations; field detection before picking in fruit and vegetable production bases and professional households; on-site detection in agricultural trade wholesale markets; safety detection before processing of fruits, vegetables and tea in restaurants, canteens, and households.
Detection principle
◆Detection principle: Use a single-chip microcomputer to control parameters such as temperature and time, and cooperate with biochemical reactions to perform semi-quantitative detection of organophosphorus and carbamate pesticides in vegetables, fruits and other foods
◆Biochemical reaction principle: Cholinesterase (white tablets) in the rapid test card can catalyze the hydrolysis of indophenol acetate (red tablets) into acetic acid and indophenol. Since organophosphorus and carbamate pesticides have an inhibitory effect on the activity of cholinesterase, the color after catalytic hydrolysis changes. Therefore, according to the depth of the result color, the residual situation of organophosphorus or carbamate pesticides in the sample can be judged.
◆The factory setting temperature of this product is designed to be 38℃, which can ensure the full hydrolysis of cholinesterase and indophenol acetate. The single-chip microcomputer and high-precision temperature sensor are used to control the temperature accuracy to ensure that the temperature is stable at 38℃; the high-precision clock chip is used to control the time accuracy, so that the instrument can ensure the time of reaction and color development.
