2. Working principle:
The HD-LSG laboratory phosphate analyzer uses the principle of photoelectric colorimetry for measurement. The phosphate in the acidic medium water sample reacts with vanadomolybdic acid to generate a yellow phosphovanadomolybdic acid mixture, and then the phosphate ion content is determined by the phosphate analyzer through the principle of photoelectric colorimetry. According to Lambert-Beer's law: when a beam of monochromatic parallel light passes through a colored solution, part of the light energy is absorbed by the solution. If the thickness of the liquid layer remains unchanged, the degree of light energy absorbed (absorbance A) is proportional to the concentration of the colored substance in the solution.
