The CHP-H80S and CHP-H160S Carbon Dioxide Incubators (water-jacket type) have an outer shell made of high-quality cold-rolled steel plate with a spray-coated surface; the inner chamber and shelves are made of high-quality stainless steel plate and wire, beautiful and practical; a micro-circulation fan is installed at the top of the inner chamber to make the temperature distribution inside uniform. A microprocessor-based temperature controller with digital temperature display is adopted, which is intuitive, clear and accurate, with over-temperature protection. This equipment uses an original imported infrared sensor, so temperature control is more precise and the CO2 concentration can be displayed in real time. After the door is opened and closed again, the rapid carbon dioxide replenishment is controlled by a microcomputer, so that the carbon dioxide concentration inside the chamber quickly returns to the required value.
Carbon dioxide incubators are used in laboratories of hospitals, production units and scientific research institutions for the cultivation of cells, tissues, bacteria and microorganisms.
The incubator consists of an outer door, a glass door, an inner chamber, a gentle-air-circulation fan, an electric heater and a control section with a control panel. The control section is composed of two parts. The first part is the temperature control part: the temperature sensor sends the temperature signal to the microprocessor, which controls the chamber temperature and the door temperature (to prevent condensation on the glass door). The second part is the carbon dioxide gas control part: a gas pump mixes a certain flow of air (regulated by an air flow meter) and a certain flow of carbon dioxide gas (regulated by a CO2 flow meter) into CO2 gas of a certain concentration and feeds it into the incubator.
