The CHP-H80S and CHP-H160S Carbon Dioxide Incubators (water-jacket type) have an outer shell made of high-quality cold-rolled steel plate with a spray-coated surface; the inner chamber and shelves are made of high-quality stainless steel plate and wire, beautiful and practical; a micro-circulation fan is installed at the top of the inner chamber to make the temperature inside uniform. A microprocessor-based temperature controller with digital temperature display is adopted, intuitive, clear and accurate, with over-temperature protection. This equipment uses an original imported infrared sensor, making temperature control more precise and able to display the CO2 concentration in real time. After the door is opened and closed again, the carbon dioxide is rapidly replenished by microprocessor control, so that the CO2 concentration inside the chamber quickly returns to the required value.
The carbon dioxide incubator is used in laboratories of hospitals, production and scientific research units for the culture of cells, tissues, bacteria and microorganisms.
The incubator consists of an outer door, a glass door, an inner chamber, a gentle-air-circulation fan, an electric heater and a control part with a control panel. The control part consists of two main sections: the first is the temperature control section, in which the temperature sensor sends the temperature signal to the microprocessor to control the chamber temperature and the door temperature (to prevent condensation on the glass door); the second is the carbon dioxide gas control section, in which a certain flow of air (regulated by the air flow meter) and a certain flow of carbon dioxide gas (regulated by the CO2 flow meter) are mixed by an air pump into a certain concentration of CO2 gas and fed into the incubator.
